Nii Report database

Nii Report is a comprehensive directory of Planners, Consultants and Contractors involved in the construction process in the last 12 months.


This Who's Who of the construction industry contains full details of thousands of decision makers.
Each name is related to basic information about the project he was involved in.
Its database structure (a .dbf file) enables to use data to create mailing list, targeted marketing campaigns and strategy planning. Accurate statistical analyses of Italian construction industry are also possible.

NCE is published monthly and reports about building yards all over Italy. It is a useful working tool to be updated about what is being built and who is building. Each file contains basic information (location, project value, start date) and complete contact details of client, planner and main contractor.
It is used by subcontractors or fitters, who are interested to offer their products at a later stage of construction, by marketing managers or service industries.

Nii Europe

It is a monthly newsletter which was created in 2002 by a partnership between the foreign division of Editrice Industriale and several European societies reporting about projects and constructions.
The aim is to provide a panorama of the most significant projects in Europe, and, at the same time, to let Italian societies interested in winning new business abroad know European publishers.
Each partner contributes with the reports of the 20 top projects of the month.

M@trix

It is a monthly newsletter containing the 20 top projects published by Nii Progetti during the month. It is a free service and it was created to keep managers informed about the main news of the sector.

The newsletter is sent to hundreds of executives of the technical departments of local authorities, architects, planners and consultants.
